Business Coaching

Running a business is rewarding. But it can be challenging if you have too much to handle at one time or if you haven’t faced certain challenges or opportunities before. That’s what I came in.

Our approach is supportive, hands-on, and focused. We evaluate how all the parts of your firm are operating. Then, we put a plan to fortify or change what is required to make sure every function is running well. As I tell my clients, if all aspects aren’t working, it’s like driving a car that is misaligned. Eventually, it will break down.
We focus on quarterly sprints that prioritise three projects we can take on, do well, and see the benefits of the efforts.

We then meet weekly (virtually and/or in-person) to drive results.
I pride myself on working alongside my clients. I am not someone who just gives suggestions from the sidelines.
Below are parts of a firm that a business owner needs to optimise to ensure goals are achieved.

Executive Coaching

Leading a business is rewarding. And, leading a services-based business can create great connections with your team. But the demands of the business can be unpredictable and demanding, which affects the team, especially if you aren’t prepared to act.

That’s what I came in.

I partner with CEOs, founders, and senior executives to build leadership capacity, sharpen decision-making, and align high-performing teams. Our coaching is tailored, practical, and focused on real-world results — not just theory.

Our approach is supportive, hands-on, and focused. We evaluate how effective you are as a leader. Then, we put a plan to fortify or change what is required to enhance your leadership impact. As I tell my clients, your team is your most valuable asset, so leading them so that they are productive and happy is paramount.

Strategic Planning

The future is ever-changing. Sometimes it feels like a day-by-day adventure. While there are a number of business drivers you can’t control, a majority you can.

That’s where I come in.

I help you plan so you have a North Star and know where you are headed.

I offer annual planning, which includes a one-year business plan and an associated budget.

But, beyond that, I host two-day workshops where we create a 3-year strategic plan. Some efforts pay off in the short term, but others take longer. Combining the two enables you to sustain your efforts from month to month and year to year.

The strategic plan involves senior leaders of the business at an off-site effort. My job is to facilitate. My view is that you and your team know most of the answers, but there is a need to be focused and pull it together.

Businesses that conduct these strategic planning sessions prosper from an enhanced bond and sense of clarity in their journeys.

The areas of focus during the sessions are as follows:
